This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel revenue growth and promote system-wide utilization of Butterfly Network’s offerings across hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and medical education sectors.
• Report directly to the SVP of US Sales.
• Oversee the entire sales process for hardware, SaaS, and services within designated regional accounts.
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles that incorporate hardware, SaaS, and services.
• Formulate and implement regional consultative sales strategies.
• Direct sales efforts towards both existing clients and new business prospects within the assigned geographic area.
• Strategically plan and manage territories targeting leading hospitals, health systems, and IDNs.
• Cultivate and leverage executive relationships at both health-system and departmental levels.
• Facilitate hospital departmental walkthroughs, value creation initiatives, issue resolution, and the presentation of clinical benefits and hardware.
• Evaluate hospital workflows, billing, and process challenges while positioning Butterfly IT solutions.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and departmental decision-makers.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
• Collaborate with sales teams, sales operations, informatics, client success, and clinical application partners.
• Provide insights on the healthcare landscape and industry trends to both customers and internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the region.
• Adhere to the requirements of the company’s quality management system.
• Mentor and guide RVP I team members across the US market.
• Manage activities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a relevant field.
• Experience in the medtech, medical device, and healthcare IT industries.
• Clinical understanding of ultrasound or similar medical devices within healthcare.
• 8–10 years of prior leadership experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales through consultative, value-based solution selling.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare market, care delivery models, information technology, SaaS, healthcare reimbursement, and outcomes-based contracting involving KPIs.
• Proven experience in selling to healthcare departments and C-suite executives.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and established connections.
• Proven track record of creating and managing pipelines with high closure rates through consistent use of CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, capable of multitasking.
• Excellent customer engagement and presentation abilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Formal sales training such as Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling, or Sandler is preferred.
• Experience in selling hardware, software, and services to hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and medical schools is ideal.
