Regional Vice President – Retirement Mid Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Market and sell qualified retirement plans to small and medium-sized businesses through financial intermediaries.

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within a designated territory to meet sales objectives.

• Build a network of advisors, consultants, and other third-party intermediaries specializing in the retirement sector.

• Establish relationships with plan sponsors through direct interactions with key stakeholders.

• Engage in active marketing initiatives.

• Oversee a territory of targeted prospects.

• Travel to conduct meetings with prospects, advisors, and key intermediaries within the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of sales experience within the retirement plan sector.

• Possession of FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.

• Valid Life & Health License.

• Comprehensive understanding of the retirement market and ERISA regulations.

• Self-driven with a natural sales instinct, able to organize thoughts and actions to achieve sales targets.

• Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.

• Capability to manage resources and excel in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.

• Proficient technical skills to utilize advanced tools.

• Preferred: Established broker relationships within the assigned territory.

• Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 50% of the time.
