Regional Vice President of Operations – Commercial Roofing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee several business units throughout a specified West Coast region

• Guide and assist leaders of business units across various territories

• Synchronize regional strategies with corporate growth objectives

• Propel revenue expansion, operational scalability, and margin performance

• Take ownership of the complete regional P&L

• Enhance forecasting, cost management, and financial discipline

• Elevate job cost performance and regional profitability

• Provide executive-level guidance on intricate commercial roofing projects

• Enhance project efficiency, production, and margin through optimization

• Aid field leadership in addressing technical challenges and mitigating risks

• Maintain uniform safety, quality, and operational standards across offices

• Align workforce planning with backlog and revenue goals

• Streamline labor forecasting, crew efficiency, and talent allocation

• Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams

• Counsel executive leadership as a senior technical and operational advisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in the Western United States

• Previous or current experience with a commercial roofing contractor in an operations or senior project manager role

• A minimum of 8 years in commercial roofing operations or senior project management

• Experience in multi-territory or multi-location leadership is strongly preferred

• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L management

• Prior leadership experience within a branch or commercial roofing company is preferred

• In-depth technical knowledge of commercial roofing with a background in supporting large-scale projects

• Strong financial, operational, and strategic capabilities

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States
