This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the client-facing advisory lead, supporting local financial advisory teams.
• Generate new client relationships with investable assets exceeding $500,000 via direct marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure precise presentation and tracking of initiatives.
• Update and refine pitch decks and associated presentations.
• Propel revenue growth by distinguishing Wealth Enhancement Group’s offerings and value proposition.
• Acquire and finalize client contracts while increasing assets under management.
• Provide education to clients on planning and investment topics through individual and group presentations.
• Utilize WEG’s planning structure and model to successfully close mid- and high-net-worth cases.
• Assist financial advisory teams in enhancing local presence while upholding client service and retention standards.
• Actively reach out to and qualify high-net-worth prospective clients.
• Engage with high-net-worth investors to assess their financial situations and requirements.
• Communicate the advantages of collaborating with a Wealth Enhancement Group Advisory team.
• Aid in the creation, delivery, execution, and management of intricate financial plans and investment proposals.
• Ensure continuous client service is provided post-close and during the transition period.
• Over 7 years of business development or sales experience in investment management and/or the financial advisory sector.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships effectively.
• Preferred experience working with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or Scottrade.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in financial advisory and wealth management.
• Demonstrated success in obtaining referrals from personal networks and converting them into new business opportunities.
• Effective sales skills utilizing consultative questioning, providing solutions, and requesting appropriate actions and next steps.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and selling.
• Willingness to travel independently within the assigned market – up to 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities in high-volume, dynamic environments.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 is required.
• CFP designation is preferred.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in various cabinets, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
