Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through the use of marketing materials and store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for Discovery Day tours.

• Nurture relationships with current franchisees within a designated region.

• Drive the expansion of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team.

• Conduct virtual meetings with potential franchisees as needed.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Meet with prospects throughout the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.

• Capability to meet goals and surpass expectations under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office products.

• Flexible schedule with a willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Must maintain a credit card with an available limit to cover expenses.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must possess a personal vehicle.

• Comfortable driving to meet prospects daily throughout the region.

• Ideal candidate should reside in the region or be within a short driving distance.
