Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours.

• Sustain relationships with current franchisees in a designated region.

• Spearhead the expansion of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team.

• Host virtual meetings with potential franchisees when required.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Meet potential franchisees throughout the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.

• Ability to meet goals and exceed expectations under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and readiness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must possess a credit card with a sufficient credit limit for expenses.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Must have a personal vehicle.

• Comfortable driving to meet potential franchisees daily within the assigned region.
