Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and guided store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for participation in Discovery Day tours.

• Foster relationships with current franchisees within a designated region.

• Spearhead the expansion of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership initiatives.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team.

• Conduct virtual meetings with potential franchisees as required.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Meet with prospects throughout the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.

• Ability to meet objectives and surpass expectations under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance required.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.

• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must possess a credit card with an available credit limit for expense coverage.

• Personal vehicle is necessary.

• Comfortable driving to meet prospects daily throughout the region.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
