Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and store tours.

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for participation in discovery day tours.

• Foster relationships with current franchisees within a designated region.

• Drive the growth of franchise opportunities, collaborations, and partnership agreements.

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.

• Participate in trade shows across the United States alongside the team.

• Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients as needed.

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

• Meet with prospects throughout the assigned region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales.

• Franchise sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Strong proficiency with a CRM system.

• Proven ability to meet objectives and surpass expectations under pressure.

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.

• Must have access to a personal vehicle.

• Competent computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office products.

• Flexible schedule and readiness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must maintain a credit card with sufficient credit limit for covering expenses.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Ideal candidates should reside in the region or be within a short driving distance.
