Regional Vice President – Franchise Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Showcase franchise brand offerings through marketing materials and store tours

• Forward franchise leads to corporate for discovery day tours

• Foster relationships with current franchisees within a designated region

• Spearhead the expansion of franchise growth, affiliations, and partnership initiatives

• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants

• Participate in trade shows across the United States with the team

• Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients when required

• Report directly to the Chief Development Officer

• Meet potential clients throughout the assigned region

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business ownership or external transactional sales

• Experience in franchise sales is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Extensive experience with a CRM system

• Proven ability to meet goals and exceed expectations under pressure

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products

• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel up to 50%

• Must maintain a credit card with a sufficient credit limit for expense coverage

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

• Must have access to a personal vehicle

• Comfortable driving to meet prospects daily throughout the region

• Ideal candidate should reside in the assigned region or be within a quick driving distance
