This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Identify market opportunities by assessing accounts within the designated territory and through external relationships.
• Initiate the sales cycle by organizing appointments, delivering initial presentations, and comprehending account needs.
• Develop and sustain an accurate sales pipeline and meeting records utilizing Salesforce.
• Finalize sales by fostering relationships, articulating product and service features, addressing objections, and drafting contracts.
• Kick off the implementation phase for operational hand-off and engage in updates and progress reports.
• Enhance sales within existing accounts by presenting new products and services and exploring new applications.
• Contribute to market strategies by observing competitive products and account feedback.
• Suggest new products and services by analyzing current product outcomes and pinpointing unfulfilled needs.
• Keep job knowledge current through educational initiatives and industry gatherings.
• Meet annual sales targets.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Adhere to HIPAA and information security protocols when managing protected health information.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales.
• Familiarity with RCM functions is preferable.
• Proficient in CRM pipeline management, with Salesforce being preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the capability to effectively convey value propositions to potential clients.
• Proven track record in negotiating and securing new business opportunities.
• Strong sales acumen with experience in sales planning, territory management, and executing strategic growth plans.
• Demonstrated skills in prospecting and business development, including identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new client prospects.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas and performance objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills, along with the capacity to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and reliability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions, collaborate with colleagues, and manage stress effectively.
• Must utilize, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information solely in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Must understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Must restrict access to PHI to the absolute minimum necessary to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
• The travel expectation is that 50% of the individual's time will be dedicated to traveling for sales appointments and conferences.
• Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
