Regional Vice President

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of enterprise account executives targeting accounts in the Pacific Northwest and Bay Area.

• Propel pipeline development, maintain forecasting accuracy, and ensure deal advancement.

• Take ownership of territory planning and account segmentation for both new logo acquisition and expansion initiatives.

• Collaborate with solutions architecture, customer success, and professional services to execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

• Represent the territory during weekly pipeline and forecasting discussions with the AVP.

• Recruit, onboard, and train new account executives as the team expands.

• Establish and reinforce a sales methodology that includes discovery processes, MEDDIC-style qualification, and competitive analysis.

• Engage directly in strategic negotiations, escalation management, and building executive relationships.

• Cultivate enterprise sellers into reliable, disciplined high performers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing enterprise or strategic account executives, preferably in the fields of data, analytics, or infrastructure software.

• Proven success in building and scaling teams that consistently meet or surpass sales quotas.

• Strong forecasting capabilities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment following a merger.

• Experience selling to complex technical buying committees, including leaders in data platforms, analytics engineering teams, and Chief Data Officers (CDOs).

• Knowledge of the dbt platform and the modern data stack is a significant advantage.

• Coaching-oriented management style, with readiness to engage in deals as an active participant when necessary.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest.

• Regional travel is anticipated.
