Regional Vice President – AI Enablement, Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the AI strategy for a specific portfolio of hotels managed by Crescent.

• Identify significant AI opportunities that can impact business operations across hotels.

• Collaborate with departments including Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology.

• Evaluate whether solutions should be developed in-house, purchased, configured, or integrated.

• Oversee projects from the identification of opportunities through to implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization.

• Work closely with technology teams on systems, integrations, data management, security, and governance.

• Convert business challenges into viable AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure that the solutions implemented are embraced and effectively utilized.

• Assess business outcomes and return on investment (ROI) from AI initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, and emerging AI technologies.

• Proven ability to create business cases, assess technology and vendors, lead cross-functional implementations, promote organizational adoption, and evaluate ROI.

• Capable of engaging with executives and operators to identify business challenges and manual workflows.

• Experience in driving AI or digital transformation within complex, multi-unit business environments.

• Hospitality industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
