This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, monitor, and adjust yearly financial and non-financial goals and objectives for regional trade growth.
β’ Work in tandem with Sales, Category, Purchasing, Marketing, field, and functional teams.
β’ Assess regional branch inventory levels and provide guidance to Branch Managers.
β’ Propel sales and profitability for engineered trade expansion products.
β’ Supervise Technical Sales Consultants and manage trade expansion metrics.
β’ Formulate and execute strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
β’ Support daily promotional activities, marketing functions, and essential project strategies.
β’ Forge partnerships with industry associations and cultivate relationships with contractors and suppliers.
β’ Track and report on KPIs such as revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Oversee significant trade expansion projects ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
β’ Coordinate technical sales and promotional commitments in White Cap/vendor agreements.
β’ Organize product training for regional associates.
β’ Typically requires a BS/BA in a related field.
β’ Generally, 7+ years of experience in a relevant area.
β’ Certification may be necessary.
β’ An advanced degree may compensate for less experience in certain disciplines.
β’ Preferred: 10+ years of in-depth industry experience with a focus on MEP, Waterproofing, Safety, or Geotextiles trades.
β’ Preferred: technical proficiency, robust project management abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
β’ An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.
β’ Remote work arrangement.
β’ Overnight travel exceeding 50% of the time.
