
Regional Technical Sales Manager – Northeastern Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects and providing quotes to reviewing contracts, supporting project execution, and conducting follow-ups post-project.
• Comprehend ProcessBarron's offerings, including products, services, and capabilities.
• Deliver cost-effective technical solutions that encompass equipment, services, and replacement parts.
• Process and monitor RFQs through internal systems and procedures.
• Keep track of proposal and contract activities, ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
• Monitor contract awards and sales performance indicators, including win/loss records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Field Services, and Safety teams to facilitate project execution.
• Oversee active projects to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion.
• Manage changes to projects and opportunities for change orders.
• Assist with post-completion customer requirements, including deliverables, outage reports, and billing questions.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to support ongoing sales efforts.
• Stay informed about customer outage schedules and business requirements.
• Timely submission of expense reports.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in serving industrial clients in the Waste-to-Energy, Cement, Biomass, and/or Pulp & Paper sectors.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Skills in negotiation and relationship building.
• Ability to safely access customer site locations.
• Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and to climb ladders and stairs.
• Readiness to work in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings.
• Tolerance for heat, cold, noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and other industrial conditions.
• Ability to engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, hearing, seeing, and effective communication.
• Preferred: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in roles such as Maintenance Manager, Reliability Engineer, Planner, Project Manager, Plant Engineer, or Marine Engineer.
• Familiarity with ProcessBarron products and services is a plus.
