This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement Fujifilm's account management strategy within a designated dealer territory.
• Spearhead new product introductions, seasonal sales competitions, trade-in initiatives, and promotional marketing efforts.
• Evaluate dealer inventory, sales metrics, market trends, and territory performance indicators.
• Generate dealer-specific performance reports and share strategic insights with sales leadership.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure continued engagement with dealer partners.
• Formulate partnership strategies for high-potential accounts.
• Enhance product mix, ordering habits, inventory levels, and forecasting for cameras, lenses, and binoculars.
• Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and the execution of launches for GFX System, X-Series, and binocular products.
• Manage the placement of display units, point-of-sale materials, space allocation, and product placement strategies.
• Partner with dealers on marketing initiatives, cooperative advertising, and promotional activities.
• Assess sell-through data and devise solutions for underperforming inventory.
• Facilitate trade-in/trade-up, employee purchase, rental, sales contests, and incentive programs.
• Organize customer-facing events, product demonstrations, and dealer staff training alongside the FPTE.
• Collaborate with technical marketing and sales leadership on product feedback, positioning, and strategic planning.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver territory, program, and strategic progress updates.
• Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reporting.
• Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning activities.
• Extensive knowledge of photography principles and techniques.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in retail partnerships.
• Proven success in managing complex account portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Experience in managing a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interactions with dealers and executives.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and goal orientation.
• Experience in videography is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Notion and Slack is advantageous.
• Background in photography, optics, consumer electronics, or imaging industries is preferred.
• Experience in channel partner management or distributor relationships is desired.
• Understanding of independent retail business models is a plus.
• Familiarity with sell-in and sell-through strategies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape analysis and market positioning is preferred.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams is a plus.
