
Regional Strategic Account Manager – Health Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement long-term strategic account plans across designated health systems.
• Identify and map stakeholders, assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and create cross-functional execution timelines.
• Cultivate relationships with key enterprise decision-makers and influencers, including C/D-suite executives, clinical, population health, quality, finance, operations, and IT leaders.
• Align Guardant solutions with the strategic priorities of health systems.
• Promote Shield adoption and scalability through the development of clinical workflows, support for EMR integration, pilot design and execution, definition of metrics, and enterprise rollout.
• Recognize care delivery gaps and operational challenges to adoption.
• Convert insights into strategic solutions that promote transformative change and deliver measurable impact.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) utilizing established performance metrics to monitor progress, quantify value, and refine expansion plans.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Implementation, Informatics/IT Enablement, Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Stay informed about policy trends, quality frameworks, value-based care, and risk-based contracting structures.
• Achieve or surpass targets through disciplined CRM use, precise forecasting, teamwork, and contributions to best-practice playbooks.
• Represent the mission, culture, and values of Guardant Health.
• Comply with Compliance, Regulatory, and Quality Management System policies.
• Over 5 years of account management experience at the C/D-suite level.
• Established experience in strategic/enterprise account management within complex health systems/Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and organized customer frameworks.
• Strong background in the adoption of diagnostics within health systems.
• Experience in navigating clinical stakeholders, lab/diagnostic pathways, enterprise governance, and multi-site standardization.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience in facilitating adoption through workflow modifications and/or EMR-enabled implementations.
• Professional presence and robust business acumen.
• Ability to transform strategy into quantifiable execution.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and collaborative team success.
• Highly organized, proactive communicator with advanced project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Capacity to critically assess and ethically leverage AI-enabled tools in line with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to fulfill applicable customer access requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory, including occasional regional or national meetings.
• Background screening, including criminal history, is mandatory.
