Regional Stores Manager – French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the P&L for designated stores and perform profitability analyses to drive ongoing enhancements in performance.

• Oversee and optimize retail performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and regular performance reviews.

• Examine market trends and leverage data to inform discussions, set priorities, and influence decision-making.

• Spearhead the regional unification of best practices in retail operations.

• Suggest commercial strategies to boost sales.

• Assist in the launch of new stores, support their ramp-up phases, and facilitate stabilization processes.

• Collaborate with outsourcing agencies and recruitment teams to fulfill staffing requirements.

• Recruit, mentor, assess, and nurture high-performing teams across the region.

• Guarantee uniform product and operational training is delivered across all stores.

• Recognize training requirements and coordinate workshops and development plans in conjunction with the central team.

• Ensure a consistently superior customer experience and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with central functions to boost consistency, efficiency, and the overall store network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multi-store retail operations or regional retail positions, preferably as an Area or Regional Manager.

• Practical, hands-on mindset and comfort in a rapidly scaling environment.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of using data to inform business decisions.

• Ability to drive performance through both direct and indirect influence across various teams.

• Comfortable working collaboratively with stakeholders from operations, finance, HR, and marketing.

• Willingness to travel frequently to support stores and oversee execution throughout your region.

• Proficient in both French and English.
