Regional Site Contracting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise contract management workstreams to ensure that deliverables adhere to quality standards and timelines.

• Manage the complete contracts process, which includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams on matters related to contracts, including interpretation and resolution of disputes.

• Track contract performance and compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Identify potential risks and execute mitigation strategies.

• Keep precise records and documentation of contract activities in line with company policies and procedures.

• Build and develop the contracts management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in contracts management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel when necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
