Regional Shelter Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Efficiently drive sales growth within budget across the designated Colorado territory.

• Achieve New Business and Wellness Sales goals for each shelter.

• Oversee approximately 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents.

• Recruit, develop, train, coach, and support Shelter Sales Agents.

• Establish and maintain relationships with shelter leadership and adoption teams.

• Handle territory-related administrative tasks and responsibilities.

• Evaluate partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.

• Articulate Fetch’s competitive advantages and exhibit knowledge of Fetch and rival pet health insurance offerings.

• Discover new business opportunities and report them to management.

• Manage the expense budget and provide monthly reports.

• Surpass customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers, with responsibility for coaching, performance, and results in performance-driven environments.

• Must possess a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee’s state of residence, or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hiring.

• Required to have access to a reliable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and to events and/or conferences as needed.

• Must reside in Colorado.

• Comfortable with frequent travel throughout the territory.
