Regional Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated properties, leading consultative interactions aimed at enhancing hotel performance and member value.

• Provide strategic direction across revenue management, sales, marketing, and operational areas.

• Evaluate performance through available tools and reports to pinpoint opportunities and foster measurable enhancements in profitability and guest experience.

• Carry out property visits and assessments in accordance with BWH Hotels’ quality assurance standards.

• Create and oversee the implementation of action plans to address performance deficiencies and promote continuous improvement.

• Facilitate training and coaching sessions for hotel owners, management, and staff members.

• Advocate for and align properties with BWH Hotels’ programs, resources, and initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and support for member requirements.

• Oversee territory planning, travel arrangements, and engagement schedules.

• Assist with the onboarding and transition of new and prospective properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Hotel General Manager role or a comparable leadership position.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent consultative, presentation, and training capabilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently.

• Capacity to adapt to changing business needs and initiatives.

• Ability to achieve Best Western Quality Assurance Assessor certification.

• A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance may be necessary.
