
Regional Sales Trainer – South Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Assist the Sales team in enhancing capabilities that promote sustainable sales growth, confidence, and consistency.
• Engage in extensive field travel with new hires to coach, observe, and reinforce selling skills, product knowledge, and clinical messaging during real customer interactions.
• Onboard and nurture new sales personnel by aiding their transition from classroom learning to field application.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers, Regional Business Directors, Sales Training, and Clinical Business to align on developmental priorities, coaching strategies, and performance support.
• Organize and facilitate individual and team coaching sessions.
• Keep accurate records of field coaching activities, training implementation, and developmental progress.
• Ensure that training and field coaching activities conform to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Create, modify, and deliver training programs in classroom, virtual, and field environments.
• Perform other responsibilities that support Sales Training and Commercial goals.
• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years' proven success in a sales-oriented role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and real-time coaching communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and teamwork abilities.
• Practical experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing sales professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to provide feedback, enhance skill development, and promote behavior change through coaching.
• Must reside within the geographical area specified for the position.
• Preferred: Over 1 year of experience in field sales leadership or training within a related industry.
• Preferred: Familiarity with diabetes disease state and insulin pump therapy.
• Preferred: Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
