This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead and motivate a regional sales team to meet objectives.
• Design and implement sales strategies for Arrow EZ-IO, QuikClot, Arrow Central Lines, PICC Lines, and Arterial Lines.
• Navigate intricate sales environments encompassing multiple call points, sales cycles, and two product lines.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct field visits to coach and mentor team members, enhancing regional performance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts on regional contracting strategies and initiatives.
• Provide sales forecasts and manage regional resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, timely expense reporting, and utilization of CRM systems.
• Organize and lead regional and national sales meetings.
• Offer market insights to shape marketing strategies and product development.
• Advocate for inclusion, innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a sales management position within the medical devices sector.
• Demonstrated success in Emergency Medicine, ICU, OR, and Vascular Access sales environments.
• Proven skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and team leadership.
• Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-focused organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong business acumen and strategic agility.
