This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead revenue growth and enhance market share for Modernizing Medicine's Revenue Cycle Management solutions within a specified strategic territory.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass RCM sales objectives in the designated region.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with large physician practices, health systems, and other key healthcare organizations.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial engagement to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored value propositions addressing prospective clients' RCM challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with RCM operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and sustained satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and prompt sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
• Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the RCM market.
• Represent Modernizing Medicine at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven strategic sales experience in healthcare RCM, medical billing services, or healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales quotas and closing large, complex deals with strategic accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end processes.
• Strong insight into physician practice revenue cycle operations, encompassing billing, coding, claims, denials, A/R, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
