This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive management of sales strategies, activities, operations, and budgets for the DePuy Synthes portfolio within the designated geographic area.
β’ Propel sales, growth, income, gross profits, profitability, asset management, and budget management objectives.
β’ Develop and implement selling strategies and strategic sales plans.
β’ Recruit, onboard, and retain talented and diverse sales professionals throughout the region.
β’ Provide performance management, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities for the sales team.
β’ Collaborate with Consultants to establish and fulfill territory goals while enhancing patient care and customer satisfaction.
β’ Acquire new accounts and establish relationships with surgeons.
β’ Assist Consultants in introducing new technologies within existing accounts.
β’ Analyze healthcare market dynamics, industry trends, customer segmentation, customer data, and purchasing processes.
β’ Build relationships with key surgeons, accounts, and associations to identify potential opportunities.
β’ Leverage resources to foster collaboration towards innovative solutions.
β’ Uphold high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
β’ Support various initiatives, programs, training, and activities.
β’ Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, Health Care Compliance Program policies, procedures, and Johnson & Johnsonβs Business Code of Conduct.
β’ A BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Finance is essential.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of pertinent business and/or leadership experience is required.
β’ At least 2 years of management experience, including coaching or mentoring.
β’ Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong organizational abilities.
β’ Capacity to deliver impactful sales presentations that yield positive results.
β’ Expertise in clinical procedures, product knowledge, and experience with new product introductions.
β’ Deep understanding of customer needs and the capability to utilize customer data and insights to influence the purchasing process.
β’ Ability to mentor and cultivate field sales talent.
β’ Proven record of success in a complex organizational environment with an enterprise-oriented decision-making approach.
β’ Demonstrated leadership in business planning and project management.
β’ Documented achievements in sales.
β’ Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel extensively (30%β50%).
β’ Must reside within the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
