This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team focused on large group practices, hospitals, health systems, and IDN customers.
β’ Create and implement customer-specific selling strategies and key account plans.
β’ Conduct regular field visits and engage with customers for coaching, support, and performance evaluations.
β’ Document field coaching efforts and subsequent actions through ride-along reports and development plans.
β’ Identify knowledge, competency, and skill gaps within the team and initiate development programs.
β’ Tackle performance challenges with improvement plans and coaching interventions.
β’ Collaborate with the Head of Sales to enhance team capabilities and boost sales effectiveness.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders across key accounts, hospitals, health systems, IDNs, GPOs, and institutional clients.
β’ Assist in navigating intricate healthcare organizations and engaging with key decision-makers.
β’ Drive regional business plans in alignment with organizational sales goals.
β’ Utilize CRM systems, sales reports, and forecasting tools to track performance and ensure accountability.
β’ Ensure precise reporting of sales activities, customer insights, and field intelligence.
β’ Manage regional sales budgets and expenses diligently.
β’ Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
β’ Support product launches and initiatives for portfolio expansion.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, National Accounts, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders.
β’ Participate in national and regional sales meetings, leadership discussions, and commercial initiatives.
β’ Oversee regional sales activities, including personnel management, performance evaluation, and talent development.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
β’ A minimum of 8+ years of successful experience in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ At least 3+ years of leadership experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar role leading Sales Representatives.
β’ Oncology experience is highly preferred, particularly in large group practice and institutional settings.
β’ Experience in branded pharmaceutical sales, 505B-2, specialty sales, or oncology-focused healthcare sales may be considered qualifying.
β’ Selling experience in hospitals, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), physician offices, or institutional healthcare accounts is preferred.
β’ Experience managing or collaborating with GPOs and handling key account management responsibilities is highly desirable.
β’ Proven track record in developing and implementing customer-focused selling strategies that drive sales growth and market expansion.
β’ Strong coaching, talent development, and team-building abilities with a history of enhancing sales performance.
β’ Experience in building or scaling high-performing sales teams is a significant advantage.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Strong business acumen.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, forecasting processes, and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
