
Regional Sales Manager – Southwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Drive revenue growth within the designated Southwestern United States territory.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies.
• Manage current accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support Kwik Lok's production efforts through the sale of Kwik Lok closures.
• Identify potential customers and markets, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, initiate contact, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Articulate the value proposition of Kwik Lok’s services, products, and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Lead on monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Report on progress towards sales objectives and monitor KPIs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis and utilize data to enhance sales strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and customer agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools for managing opportunities and quotes.
• Submit regular sales activity reports, revenue updates, and pipeline status to the CRO via CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated success in B2B manufacturing sales, particularly in selling capital equipment, including a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% within the assigned region.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry and market trends in the region.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales-related tools.
• A valid passport and driver’s license are required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate to achieve results.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Must be available and responsive during designated work hours.
• A physical workspace suitable for telecommuting, along with successful completion of telework environment safety assessments.
• Must utilize video during virtual meetings.
• Ability to occasionally bend, squat, reach, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligibility for commission programs and annual performance bonuses.
• Monthly vehicle stipend to assist with regional travel requirements.
