This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain a sales team by guiding focus, establishing objectives, analyzing performance data, inspiring staff, and providing training and development opportunities.
• Oversee sales activities to explore new markets and strengthen presence in current markets.
• Assist sales team members in generating leads and finalizing deals.
• Enhance branch performance through training, assessment, expansion, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Establish connections with recruiting teams to optimize sales efforts and respond to recruiting and market trends.
• Formulate and execute sales initiatives, strategies, programs, and marketing approaches to grow the staffing business.
• Oversee monthly sales objectives in relation to the Division budget.
• Address client issues, present the features and benefits of Supplemental Advantage, and manage objections.
• Maintain adaptable schedules to accommodate client requests and resolve complaints.
• Recruit, train, develop, coach, and mentor office personnel.
• Conduct daily white board meetings and weekly summary meetings.
• Communicate and enforce the corporate vision, initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver presentations to associations and organizations to enhance awareness of Supplemental Health Care services.
• Manage internal and external company policies, including those related to Human Resources, Accounting, and Quality Assurance.
• Align the team with One SHC recruitment protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Interview and onboard qualified candidates to meet business needs.
• Identify and address turnover causes while maintaining a team retention rate of 70% or higher.
• Review onboarding checklists with new hires to enhance long-term productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation by the team in SHC's proprietary database.
• Collaborate with interconnected leadership to refine processes and promote division growth.
• Support the ongoing training and development of team members.
• Cultivate high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and associated tasks.
• Understanding of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in multitasking.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Working knowledge of computers and CRM software applications.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and participate in future webcasts/trainings as required.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
