Regional Sales Manager – Rhineland-Palatinate / Hesse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Cultivate enduring customer relationships and foster enthusiasm for our products.

• Continuously broaden the customer base with the aim of boosting sales.

• Showcase the product portfolio and oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation and price negotiations to finalizing deals.

• Strategically develop customer accounts, identify potential opportunities, and initiate projects to enhance volumes in collaboration with customers and internal experts.

• Conduct market analysis and assess competitive landscapes.

• Review sales performance and implement appropriate strategies.

• Maintain high-quality data standards within the CRM system.

• Enhance market visibility through customer-centric marketing efforts and participation in trade exhibitions.

• Provide regular reports in alignment with management and actively engage in customer retention initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed master craftsman qualification in baking or confectionery, or a degree in food technology.

• Initial hands-on experience in sales and lead generation.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and, preferably, CRM systems.

• Assertive, highly communicative, and resilient individual with a strong sense of initiative, creativity, and a compelling presence.

• Strong sales focus, organizational capabilities, teamwork spirit, and a dependable and independent work style.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
