This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Sell enterprise security software solutions encompassing the full range of CrowdStrike’s offerings.
• Generate additional revenue within current customers by promoting usage adoption, product expansion, and account renewals.
• Manage the company relationship with established Public Sector accounts following the transition from new business Regional Sales Managers and Customer Success teams.
• Facilitate cross-selling and upselling of company products, including adaptable and scalable licensing options such as Falcon Flex.
• Prepare for and effectively carry out renewals of assigned Public Sector accounts.
• Collaborate with new business Regional Sales Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel/Alliances sales teams, Finance, Customer Support, Alliance Partners, and Channel Partners.
• Drive growth and retention of existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, prospecting for new products, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create and implement detailed business plans for each account.
• Oversee renewal forecasting, negotiations, and closures while identifying and addressing renewal risks.
• Coordinate post-close customer transitions to ensure product adoption, expansion, flexible purchasing model utilization, and eventual renewals.
• Maintain precise forecasting, Net Revenue Retention, achievement of expansion quotas, flexible pool model utilization, and product adoption metrics.
• Record customer contacts and activity information in CRM/Marketing software.
• Advocate for CrowdStrike products, enhance brand visibility, and share success stories.
• Provide customer insights for product, systems, and process enhancements.
• Primarily work in the field away from home or company offices.
• Sell to and engage with executive-level customer decision-makers, including CXO-level contacts.
• Manage large Enterprise and increasingly intricate Public Sector accounts.
• Expert-level experience in resolving complex issues using professional concepts and aligning with company objectives.
• In-depth industry knowledge and comprehension of customer decision-making processes, objectives, strategies, and business goals.
• Exceptional presentation, customer service, financial and business acumen, along with negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the business and technical contexts surrounding key account opportunities.
• Motivated self-starter who demonstrates leadership within the assigned account set.
• Highly skilled in consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with both internal and external customers.
• Thorough knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle specific to security software solutions.
• Understanding of software business value concepts and familiarity with the company's products.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, boost efficiency, and drive business results.
• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• A BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
