This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +5 more states.
• Facilitate the widespread adoption of Avive’s AED and connected response products by directly managing, mentoring, and coaching Community Program Specialists (Account Executives).
• Exhibit exceptional skills in territory management, pipeline development, and engagement with public safety and institutional clients.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the sales team to enhance customer relationships and meet regional sales objectives.
• Establish connections with decision-makers through in-person visits, outbound calls, emails, and customized strategic outreach.
• Present product demonstrations and showcase Avive’s physical and SaaS-based emergency response solutions.
• Cultivate extensive product and industry knowledge and provide consultative advice to clients.
• Develop long-lasting partnerships with diverse stakeholders and tailor communication to various audiences.
• Collaborate on innovative customer-acquisition strategies and broaden Avive’s influence.
• Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to monitor progress, manage pipeline stages, and report performance metrics.
• Meet with clients, engage in team ride-alongs, and conduct on-site demonstrations.
• Ensure precise sales forecasts and pipeline reports are maintained for leadership to have visibility into team performance and goal achievement.
• 5+ years of proven success in outside sales and sales management, with a history of surpassing quotas and enhancing team performance.
• Significant experience in selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or comparable SaaS and physical solutions to public sector clients—including law enforcement, fire/EMS, educational institutions, and municipal organizations.
• Proficient in managing geographic territories, independently building sales pipelines, developing strategic relationships, and engaging key decision-makers at all levels.
• Highly skilled in delivering compelling, in-person product demonstrations and sales presentations that align solutions with client requirements.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments; comfortable initiating new projects, experimenting, rapidly iterating, and scaling successful strategies.
• Quick to acquire deep technical knowledge across innovative products and solutions; proficient in Salesforce and other relevant business tools.
• Excellent communicator, active listener, and relationship-builder with strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve collective goals.
• Curious, adaptable, and flexible; capable of navigating changing priorities and evolving company requirements with patience and positivity.
• Passionate about saving lives and dedicated to promoting life-safety solutions that create a significant impact.
• Direct experience working or volunteering as a public safety professional or first responder, including roles in law enforcement, EMS, fire service, or 911 telecommunications, is a plus.
