Regional Sales Manager – Mobile Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Create and implement effective strategies within a designated territory and established client base.

• Organize and conduct meetings with potential clients, current accounts, and Economic Buying Influencers.

• Identify prospects, arrange, and perform product demonstrations for license plate readers, mobile video, and fixed video solutions.

• Discover additional sales prospects within current accounts across the Motorola product range.

• Recognize and address sales challenges.

• Advocate for extended warranty and maintenance plans to eligible clients.

• Ensure customers comprehend the value and proper usage of the products and services acquired.

• Collaborate with regional Solution Sellers on cross-selling initiatives.

• Develop a sustainable sales pipeline and engage with competitive accounts.

• Organize or take part in state user group gatherings and technology workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with over 4 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, customer success, military, and/or public safety, or over 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Desired experience in outside sales, particularly selling solutions to government entities.

• Strong skills in relationship building and management.

• Ability to be a proactive self-starter and identify or generate sales opportunities.

• High-caliber, articulate, and driven sales professional.

• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices is an advantage.

• Preferred candidates should be located in Alabama.

• Willingness to travel within Alabama 50% of the time (approximately 3 times a week).

• Travel requirement: More than 50%.
