This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales objectives by fostering and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing, while utilizing Salesforce.com.
β’ Create new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-up on leads, and in-person meetings with customers.
β’ Prepare and present customer quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms in partnership with the Sales Director.
β’ Manage channel partners to facilitate sales to end users.
β’ Offer technical and application support to customers regarding the usage and handling of company products.
β’ Collaborate closely with plant staff, marketing, technical service, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction regarding quality, delivery, and service.
β’ Attend and present at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and training events as necessary.
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive threats, pricing trends, and alternative solutions available in the market.
β’ Integrate market intelligence into sales planning and account strategies to safeguard and enhance market share.
β’ Work alongside the Sales Director to devise and execute regional growth strategies, penetration plans, and long-term goals.
β’ Maintain precise customer and opportunity data in CRM, including call reports, project profiles, and account specifics.
β’ Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to aid in the formulation of annual and long-term sales budgets.
β’ Analyze, comprehend, and utilize monthly revenue and receivables reports.
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
β’ 3β5 years of territory sales experience in electronic materials or related protective material technologies is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in funnel management and CRM software.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
β’ Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ High personal savvy with the capacity to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
