This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and manage the sales strategy for the Manufacturing and Industrial vertical across EMEA.
• Build, nurture, and convert a pipeline for use cases related to asset tracking, worker safety, site logistics, and infrastructure visibility.
• Engage directly with customers and partners to foster solution-oriented opportunities and facilitate deal progression.
• Develop and enhance a partner ecosystem throughout EMEA, which includes system integrators, OEMs, and ISVs.
• Contribute to both partner-led and direct sales channels to market.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial discovery to proposal and final closure.
• Maintain discipline in CRM, ensure pipeline visibility, and uphold forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to effectively position solutions and drive market adoption.
• Keep abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Represent HID in customer engagements, partner interactions, and industry events.
• Support the EMEA go-to-market strategy and scalable marketing routes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or a related field.
• An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Manufacturing & Industrial sectors or related markets.
• Demonstrated experience in selling technology solutions in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with RFID, industrial identification, traceability, asset visibility, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• A proven record of driving new business and meeting growth targets in solution-based sales environments.
• Experience with RFID (HF and UHF) and industrial AIDC solutions is a significant advantage.
• Background in selling integrated hardware, software, and services within operational workflows.
• Experience managing opportunities from discovery to closure as a proactive individual contributor.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, including system integrators, OEMs, and technology partners.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders in operations, engineering, IT, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and industrial workflows, including asset tracking, inventory management, production traceability, warehouse operations, and business-critical identification technologies.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Must currently and legally be authorized to reside and work in the hiring country.
