This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop a sales pipeline targeting potential clients within the Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry sectors.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work in conjunction with HID leadership, regional sales teams, product management, and marketing to explore growth avenues.
• Accurately predict the sales pipeline and achieve business closures in line with established quotas.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and partner interactions.
• Prepare and conduct speaking engagements as necessary.
• Offer competitive analysis to regional sales managers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze sales outcomes across designated reseller channels.
• Implement initiatives to rectify any forecast deficiencies.
• Provide training and business-case assistance to regional sales teams and HID business development.
• Regularly manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts using Salesforce.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by sales management.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Laundry/Hospitality/Linen business sector is essential.
• Experience in RFID sales, including both RFID components and platform products, is advantageous.
• Training in complex sales methodologies is preferred.
• Proven experience selling to Distributors, VARs, Integrators, and direct OEMs.
• A sales or technical sales degree, or equivalent education, along with relevant industry experience.
• Proven capability to build and convert pipeline effectively.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong innovative thinking and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM, sales, and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Proficient in using Salesforce.
• Capable of effective communication in both English and French, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to identify business or market trends through journals, specifications, trade shows, and business publications.
• Proficient in creating presentations and writing content as an industry subject matter expert.
