This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of direct sales growth within the designated EMEA territory, concentrating on luxury and full-service hotels, resorts, hotel management companies, and select ownership groups.
• Generate and convert a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry connections, referrals, opportunities within the installed base, and inbound demand.
• Promote HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management solutions tailored to customer operational needs and readiness for change.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders from hotel operations, finance, procurement, IT, and ownership.
• Identify pain points, outline requirements, and set measurable business outcomes.
• Engage economic buyers early, validate decision criteria and funding, outline buying processes, and uphold mutual action plans.
• Create ROI cases, proposals, demonstrations, site assessments, and pilot programs.
• Manage internal resources for solution design, technical validation, pricing, contracting, and implementation handover.
• Foster relationships with regional commercial laundries and linen suppliers as a secondary channel by marketing HID RFID textile tags and building referral networks.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on national or multi-country accounts.
• Ensure accurate Salesforce activity tracking, pipeline stages, close plans, and forecasts.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Represent HID at hospitality and textile-services industry events.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends while sharing customer insights to enhance go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Minimum of five years of successful B2B sales experience in hospitality technology, hotel operations solutions, commercial laundry, linen services, or a closely related sector.
• Established connections within the EMEA hotel market are highly preferred.
• Relevant relationships with commercial laundry or linen suppliers are advantageous.
• Experience in managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder opportunities that involve software, hardware, services, and operational changes.
• Familiarity with linen, laundry, RFID, or inventory-management workflows is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial experience.
• Proven hunter mentality with a history of converting complex new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and credibility when engaging with general managers, rooms and housekeeping leaders, finance, procurement, IT, and ownership stakeholders.
• Consultative solution-selling capabilities, including discovery, value quantification, business-case development, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to differentiate genuine buying commitment from mere interest, disqualify weak opportunities, and concentrate on accounts with a credible path to revenue.
• Capacity to generate demand for a developing solution category and translate operational challenges into funded transformation initiatives.
• Experience in selling across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong skills in territory planning, account prioritization, and time management.
• Disciplined use of CRM, sales processes, prospecting tools, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Competence with Microsoft 365 applications and virtual presentation, collaboration, and prospecting tools.
• Ability to learn and confidently demonstrate HID Textile Services software, hardware, and RFID-enabled workflows.
