This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with the company's growth goals.
• Establish, nurture, and finalize new accounts in hospitals and clinics focusing on electrophysiology and cardiology.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes lead qualification, discovery, demonstrations, proposal creation, contracting, and closing.
• Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and unit objectives.
• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with physicians, administrators, and clinical stakeholders.
• Recognize customer needs, identify workflow inefficiencies, and address operational challenges.
• Deliver value-based proposals that align with clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success before and after sales to ensure effective onboarding, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customers to influence product development and service enhancements.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on deal implementation and addressing customer requirements.
• Create and sustain weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans utilizing pipeline and performance data.
• Evaluate sales metrics and market trends to enhance territory strategy and resource distribution.
• Represent the organization at conferences, symposiums, and industry gatherings.
• May involve participation in recruiting and onboarding new sales team members.
• May include mentoring junior staff or contracted sales personnel.
• Contribute insights into territory design, channel strategy, and go-to-market approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• At least five years of experience in medical device or digital health sales, with a preference for cardiology.
• Proven experience selling into hospital systems and engaging with complex clinical stakeholders.
• Strong preference for knowledge in remote cardiac monitoring, reimbursement pathways, and SaaS-based healthcare solutions.
• A consultative, outcomes-oriented sales approach is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High integrity, accountability, and a customer-first mindset are critical.
• Technically skilled with CRM systems and modern productivity software.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region approximately 25–75% of the time.
• Must be able to work in the Northeast US, such as New York or another metropolitan area in the Northeast.
