
Regional Sales Manager – Climate Control

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Mentor and cultivate leadership and sales representatives at the branch level to enhance regional revenue.
• Create and implement sales training programs, sales meeting structures, and accountability initiatives.
• Oversee assigned customers, projects, initiatives, and key accounts.
• Advocate for sales strategies to senior leadership while managing field-level execution and adoption.
• Deliver performance-to-plan updates, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Establish and enforce Climate Control sales expectations throughout branches.
• Guide and support branch managers, Sales Representatives, OSRs, SCRs, and other field staff.
• Oversee regional financial performance, sales strategies, revenue generation, and expense management.
• Set sales goals and drive regional revenue growth.
• Assist with designs, take-offs, proposal calculations, large projects, and customer acquisition efforts.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences and facilitate cross-selling among company divisions.
• Implement divisional sales strategies and lead annual rate evaluations.
• Create and execute a strategic sales calendar for a 12-month period.
• Monitor competitive landscape and develop responsive action plans.
• Promote solutions related to heating, cooling, drying, and indoor air quality.
• Conduct job-site inspections and present sales proposals.
• Track significant projects and climate control customers within the region.
• Review major proposals to optimize closing rates.
• Lead accountability and quality initiatives for Sales CRM campaigns.
• Implement sales training programs and a series of webinars.
• Provide support for RFQs, technical proposals, product submissions, and contingency strategies.
• Assist in onboarding processes for branch managers, OSRs, SCRs, and ERs.
• Organize and conduct quarterly fleet and revenue performance evaluations.
• Develop branch sales meeting calendars and agendas while providing coaching support.
• Engage in weekly or bi-weekly RSM calls with the Director of Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent blend of experience and education.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the year.
• Capability to operate strategically as well as tactically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels, including executive management.
• Strong follow-up abilities and agility to adjust direction mid-course to meet objectives.
• Proven training, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Technical and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to instruct, train, and showcase product features and benefits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
