This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture new Citrix Service Provider partners, with a specific emphasis on Managed Service Providers.
• Formulate and implement partner business strategies aimed at fostering Citrix Service Provider growth, adoption, and profitability.
• Promote the adoption and use of ArrowSphere within the partner ecosystem.
• Track partner growth, engagement, and recurring revenue performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal sales, technical, marketing, and Citrix teams on initiatives focused on partner growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Citrix Service Provider program engagement within SGS and the partner community.
• Assist partners in creating Citrix-based managed service offerings and establishing recurring revenue practices.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Engage pre-sales, technical, and Citrix vendor resources to facilitate partner growth.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, programs, and platforms.
• Foster relationships with partner stakeholders, Citrix vendor teams, and internal departments.
• Provide guidance to partners on enhancing their Citrix managed services businesses.
• Extensive experience in a channel, partner management, managed services, cloud marketplace, or service provider setting.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
• Strong grasp of subscription, consumption-based, and recurring revenue business models.
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong commercial insight and business planning skills.
• Effective presentation, communication, and influencing capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
