This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Formulate and implement strategies for territory growth that align with the company's revenue and profitability goals.
β’ Create and oversee a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development initiatives.
β’ Strengthen relationships within current accounts while exploring opportunities with new clients and markets.
β’ Generate new business prospects through consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions.
β’ Acquire in-depth knowledge of Afinitas Equipment & Automation products, services, and capabilities.
β’ Recognize customer challenges and propose tailored equipment and automation solutions.
β’ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in enhancing production efficiency, reliability, and performance.
β’ Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to create effective customer solutions.
β’ Collect customer requirements and deliver detailed information necessary for developing precise proposals and quotations.
β’ Advocate for aftermarket services, spare parts, and field service offerings to enhance customer value and revenue opportunities.
β’ Oversee and maintain sales activities, forecasts, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
β’ Keep an eye on industry trends, customer demands, and competitive activities.
β’ Identify prospects in both established and emerging markets.
β’ Provide market insights regarding customer needs, product enhancements, and competitive positioning.
β’ Report to the VP of Sales for North America.
β’ Manage and expand an established Midwest territory while seeking and developing new business opportunities.
β’ Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
β’ Experience in selling capital equipment, industrial automation solutions, or technical products is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
β’ Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
β’ Self-driven and capable of independently managing a sales territory.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Comfortable engaging in discussions about technical products and solutions with customers.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
