This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and execute an account strategy for each facility.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at facilities.
• Leverage people, processes, programs, tools, and technology to fulfill customer requirements.
• Oversee and coordinate Demand and Access resources tailored to facility-specific needs.
• Develop facility-level cost-benefit analyses and prioritize potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with MedTech Surgery teams to address facility demands.
• Review contract matters and provide recommendations based on financial evaluations.
• Utilize business acumen tools to pinpoint growth opportunities specific to facilities.
• Supervise sales representatives and carry out regular field visits.
• Mentor sales representatives and assist in their individual development plans and career progression.
• Attract and recruit qualified sales associates.
• Guide the team in executing a clear, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive sales process.
• Address customer product inquiries and objections while delivering sales presentations.
• Advise representatives on targeting and segmenting customers within defined surgical specialties.
• Conduct business in compliance with J&J policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is required.
• MBA (or equivalent) degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of pertinent business and/or leadership experience is required.
• 3–5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or commercial functional experience is strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
• Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Apple applications.
• Familiarity with the surgical application of products within defined surgical specialties.
• Capability to conduct sales presentations utilizing current sales techniques.
• Ability to operate in line with the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.
