This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Formulate and execute an account strategy for each facility.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within facilities.
• Leverage personnel, processes, programs, tools, and technology to fulfill customer requirements.
• Oversee and align Demand and Access resources based on the specific needs of each facility.
• Develop facility-specific cost-benefit analyses and prioritize potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with MedTech Surgery to provide necessary resources for facilities.
• Review contract matters and offer recommendations grounded in financial assessments.
• Employ business intelligence tools to pinpoint growth opportunities unique to each facility.
• Supervise a team of sales representatives and carry out regular field visits.
• Mentor sales representatives and assist them in their individual development and career growth.
• Recruit and onboard qualified sales personnel.
• Guide the team in executing an effective, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive sales approach.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products and handle objections.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Understand the appropriate use of surgical products and provide guidance to representatives on customer targeting and segmentation.
• Set a positive tone for the team in line with company policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is mandatory.
• MBA (or equivalent) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of pertinent business and/or leadership experience is essential.
• 3–5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or other commercial experience is highly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
• Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Apple applications.
• Knowledge of surgical product usage within specified surgical specialties.
• Ability to present sales pitches using contemporary sales techniques.
• Capability to adhere to the Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.
