This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Create and execute an account strategy tailored for each facility.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within facilities.
• Leverage people, processes, programs, tools, and technology to fulfill customer requirements.
• Oversee and align Demand and Access resources based on the needs of each facility.
• Develop facility-specific cost-benefit analyses for resource allocation and opportunity prioritization.
• Collaborate across MedTech Surgery to optimize resources for facility demands.
• Analyze contract issues and provide recommendations grounded in financial assessments.
• Utilize business acumen tools to pinpoint growth opportunities unique to each facility.
• Supervise sales representatives and perform regular field visits to enhance their selling skills.
• Mentor sales representatives to fulfill their individual development objectives.
• Recruit and onboard skilled sales associates to cover designated territories.
• Direct the team in implementing the selling process effectively.
• Engage customers, deliver product presentations, and manage objections efficiently.
• Gain insight into surgical product applications and mentor representatives on customer targeting and segmentation.
• Conduct business operations in alignment with J&J policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field is mandatory.
• An MBA (or equivalent) degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of pertinent business and/or leadership experience is essential.
• A strong preference for 3-5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/development, or commercial experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or training is required.
• Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program is preferred.
• A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is necessary.
• Ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple applications is essential.
• Strong clinical, business acumen, and people development skills are necessary.
• Understanding of the appropriate surgical applications of products within specific surgical specialties.
• Capability to address customer product inquiries and objections in line with sales training methodologies.
• Competence in delivering sales presentations employing contemporary sales techniques.
• Ability to guide selling processes in a clear, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures is essential.
