This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve or surpass the sales targets set by the company across the Oshkosh to Green Bay, Wisconsin region.
• Develop and uphold account and territory plans to set and accomplish sales goals for the territory.
• Cultivate and nurture a customer-focused culture through interactions with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Strive for ongoing improvement in results orientation, product approval procedures, territory development, and clinical understanding.
• Share best practices and innovative ideas with team members.
• Utilize computer-based customer and account management systems to monitor contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Complete activity reports promptly and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Support trade show exhibits and participate in periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and poster exhibitions.
• Assist in identifying cases for case studies, white papers, and additions to the video library.
• Participate in assigned project team activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate hospital product approval procedures.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within the designated territory.
• Aid in training surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Engage in extensive daytime travel, with occasional overnight and weekend trips.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree; a related field is preferred.
• Capability to "concept" sell innovative products.
• Proven success in a start-up setting or during the launch of new products.
• Ability to profile customers and accounts effectively.
• History of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading team "leader boards."
• Strong professional references that reflect respect from previous supervisors and top-tier customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and self-motivated approach.
• Essential customer service skills and experience.
• Strong self-starter and effective team player with the ability to build consensus.
• Proficiency in evaluating communication and advertising materials and programs, along with making recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing tools for accurate feedback on business needs and improvements.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements within the company.
• Anticipate the timing and necessity for new promotional materials.
• Proficient in working effectively via phone and email for company management.
• Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere and eager to develop within a more structured organization.
• Capability to work effectively in a virtual environment from home or a centrally located office.
• Willingness and ability to engage in extensive daytime travel, with occasional overnight and weekend journeys.
• Must stay updated on RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation requirements to ensure access to target accounts.
