This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve or surpass the sales targets set for the designated Milwaukee, WI region.
• Develop and sustain account and territory strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians and other key hospital personnel.
• Promote a culture focused on customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance results orientation, manage the product approval process, develop the territory, and expand clinical knowledge.
• Offer innovative practices and suggestions to colleagues.
• Utilize computer-based systems for customer and account management to monitor interactions, activities, and follow-ups.
• Submit timely activity reports and provide monthly or quarterly business reviews as required.
• Support trade show presentations and participate in periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and poster displays.
• Identify cases suitable for case studies, white papers, and contributions to the video library.
• Participate in project team initiatives.
• Organize and streamline the hospital product approval process.
• Identify additional hospitals and physicians to target within the territory.
• Assist in training surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Engage in significant daytime travel, with occasional overnight and weekend trips.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; a related field is preferred.
• Capability to sell innovative products through conceptual selling.
• Proven success in a startup environment and/or in launching new products.
• Ability to profile customers and accounts effectively.
• A history of consistently outperforming sales targets and leading team rankings.
• Strong professional references demonstrating respect from former supervisors and top-tier clients.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and self-directed approach.
• Essential customer service skills and experience.
• A proactive self-starter and a collaborative team player with consensus-building abilities.
• Competence in assessing communication and advertising materials and making informed recommendations.
• Experience in creating and applying tools for accurate feedback regarding business needs and enhancements.
• Proficient in effectively communicating customer requirements within the organization.
• Ability to foresee the timing and necessity for new promotional materials.
• Capable of working efficiently via phone and email for company management.
• Comfortable in a startup setting and eager to evolve within a larger, structured organization.
• Ability to perform effectively in a “virtual environment” whether from home or a centrally located office.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the day, along with potential overnight and weekend commitments.
• Must remain compliant with all RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation standards to secure full access to all target accounts.
