This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve or surpass the sales targets set by the company for the designated Fort Wayne, Indiana region.
• Develop and uphold account and territory strategies to meet sales goals.
• Foster relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Promote ongoing enhancement in results focus, product approval procedures, territory growth, and clinical expertise.
• Exchange best practices and innovative ideas with team members.
• Utilize computer-based customer and account management systems to monitor contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Submit timely activity reports and conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Support trade show displays and participate in company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and poster presentations.
• Identify case studies, white papers, and additions for the video library.
• Contribute to project team initiatives.
• Organize and manage hospital product approval processes.
• Recognize additional target hospitals and physicians within the territory.
• Provide training for surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree; a related field is preferred.
• Capability to "concept" sell innovative products.
• Proven success in a start-up environment and/or with new product launches.
• Proficient in customer and account profiling.
• Established history of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading team rankings.
• Strong professional references that reflect respect from former supervisors and key clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive initiative, and self-directed approach.
• Crucial customer service skills and experience.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively as a team player with consensus-building capabilities.
• Competency in evaluating communication and advertising materials and offering recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing tools for gathering feedback on business needs and improvements.
• Effective communication of customer requirements within the Company.
• Ability to foresee the timing and necessity for new promotional materials.
• Capability to work efficiently via phone and email.
• Comfort in a start-up environment with the willingness to adapt to a larger, more structured organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual setting, whether from home or a centrally located office.
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on project and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently during the day, with occasional overnight and weekend trips.
• Must meet RepTrax and similar third-party accreditation requirements for access to target accounts.
