This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Achieve and surpass company sales targets across Oklahoma, excluding Tulsa.
• Develop and maintain account and territory strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Cultivate a customer-focused culture by building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance results orientation, manage product approval processes, develop territory, and increase clinical knowledge.
• Offer practices and innovative suggestions to team members.
• Utilize computer-based customer and account management systems to monitor contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Submit timely activity reports and monthly/quarterly business reviews as required.
• Support trade show exhibits and attend periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to boost visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal club meetings, and poster presentations.
• Pinpoint cases for case studies, white papers, and video library additions.
• Coordinate and streamline hospital product approval procedures.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within the assigned territory.
• Assist in training surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Engage in assigned project team activities and contribute as a team member.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a related field is preferred.
• Capability to "concept" sell innovative products.
• Proven success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Proficient in customer and account profiling.
• A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading team “leader boards.”
• Strong professional references reflecting the respect of former supervisors and tier one customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and self-directed approach.
• Fundamental customer service skills and experience.
• Strong self-starter and effective team player with the ability to build consensus.
• Capacity to evaluate communication and advertising materials and programs, providing recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing tools to secure accurate feedback regarding business needs and improvements.
• Effective communication of customer requirements within the organization.
• Ability to foresee the timing and necessity for new promotional materials.
• Competence in working effectively through phone and email for company management.
• Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere and eager to grow within a more structured organization.
• Ability to function effectively in a virtual setting, whether at home or a centrally located office.
• Flexibility to work hours based on project and customer demands.
• Willingness to travel extensively during the day with occasional overnight and weekend trips.
