This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass company sales objectives across the Florida Panhandle.
• Develop and maintain account and territory strategies to meet sales goals.
• Cultivate a customer-centric environment by building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance results orientation, manage the product approval process, advance territory development, and deepen clinical knowledge.
• Share best practices and innovative ideas with team members.
• Utilize computer-based systems for customer and account management to monitor contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Submit timely activity reports and present monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Support trade show exhibits and participate in periodic company-sponsored sales meetings.
• Collaborate with surgeons to enhance visibility through SPR presentations at Grand Rounds, journal clubs, and poster sessions.
• Identify cases suitable for case studies, white papers, and video library enhancements.
• Stay compliant with current RepTrax and similar accreditation requirements.
• Engage in designated project team initiatives.
• Coordinate and streamline hospital product approval processes.
• Recognize additional target hospitals and physicians within the assigned territory.
• Assist in the training of surgeons and hospital personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• At least a Bachelor's degree; a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in "concept" selling innovative products.
• Proven success in a start-up environment and/or in launching new products.
• Ability to profile customers and accounts effectively.
• History of consistently surpassing sales targets and leading team performance.
• Strong professional references demonstrating respect from previous supervisors and key clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative and self-motivation.
• Fundamental customer service skills and experience.
• Effective self-starter and collaborative team player with skills in consensus-building.
• Capacity to assess communication/advertising materials and programs, providing recommendations.
• Experience in developing and implementing tools to gather accurate feedback on business needs and enhancements.
• Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements within the organization.
• Anticipate the timing and necessity for new promotional materials.
• Proficient in managing communications through phone and email for company oversight.
• Comfortable operating in a start-up environment and willing to adapt to a larger, more structured organization.
• Capable of working efficiently in a virtual environment, whether at home or in a centralized office.
• Willingness to travel extensively during daytime hours, with occasional overnight and weekend travel required.
• Ability to operate throughout the Florida Panhandle territory, ideally in Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, or Mobile, AL.
