Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales while establishing robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Formulate strategies aimed at boosting revenue.

• Train and inspire the sales team to achieve their best performance.

• Analyze market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Offer guidance and motivation to assist the team in meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Create sales strategies and objectives to fulfill revenue goals.

• Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and compile performance reports.

• Design and execute sales plans, promotions, and initiatives.

• Foster and sustain key customer relationships while ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments.

• Develop and oversee sales budgets, forecast sales, and manage expenditures.

• Keep track of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Support and oversee sales operations for a segment of the Pacific Northwest region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 6-10 years of relevant sales experience is essential.

• Experience in the utility sector is highly desirable.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends.

• Capability to work independently while remaining self-motivated and accountable.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% within the designated territory.

• Must reside in the assigned territory: WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, or AK.
