This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Expand the market presence of HME products across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., while meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, technical, and economic decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls and visit potential clients on-site.
• Schedule appointments with hospital personnel and administrators.
• Manage leads and clientele within a designated territory.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM software.
• Train medical staff on the usage and advantages of medical devices.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure efficient ordering processes at both new and existing accounts.
• Maximize account engagement by promoting the entire product range.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and present field sales data for strategic planning and execution.
• Advocate for and support regional sales strategies.
• Create and implement a territory business plan.
• Mentor, train, and develop sales representatives and agents.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple territories along with their respective sales representatives and agents.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, biology, or a related field is required.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales is required.
• Experience in managing direct reports is preferred.
• A strong sales background with a proven track record of performance.
• Capability to learn the medical device product platform effectively.
• A self-starter with skills in independent sales management.
• Direct sales training and experience within the medical device sector.
• A combination of relevant experience and education will be taken into account.
• Must be eligible to work within the Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. territory.
