📋 Description

• Lead the sales strategy for the region.

• Manage and mentor the regional sales team, which includes Sales Associates and Surgical Sales Representatives.

• Propel revenue growth and enhance market share.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Over 5 years of experience in progressive sales positions.

• Experience in a supervisory role.

• Ability to travel up to 50% within the domestic region.

• Candidates must be based in the Northwest Region of the United States or be willing to relocate to Washington, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, or Northern California.

• Candidates must reside within the designated Northwest region.
